Winners Academy Home School is mastery-based. This policy explains the honest, genuine approach to learning we expect from students.

Mastery means real learning
Every lesson ends with a mastery check. Two scores are saved — the first attempt and the best mastery score — so you can see real growth, not just completion. The goal is understanding, not just finishing.
Do your own work
Students should complete their own assignments, quizzes, and assessments. Getting help from a parent or using the tutoring labs is encouraged; having someone else complete your work for you is not.
No cheating on assessments
Do not share assessment questions or answers, use answer keys during a quiz, or submit another person's work as your own. Answer keys and parent guides are protected tools for support, not shortcuts around learning.
Use AI to support thinking, not replace it
When AI tools are part of a lesson, use them to support your thinking — brainstorm, check understanding, get feedback — not to replace your own work. Follow each lesson's guidance on how AI may and may not be used.
Parent oversight
Parents and guardians oversee their student's learning and help make sure work reflects the student's own effort and understanding.
