To create an account we collect your email address and a password, your name, and an optional phone number. When you enroll students, you provide each student's name and grade level.

As students use the lessons, we store progress and mastery data, lesson notes, quiz and assessment results, tutoring-lab activity, and saved resources so each student can resume where they left off and you can track growth.

When you use the contact form, report a problem, or submit feedback, we store the information you provide (including your name, email, and message) so we can respond and improve the service.

Payments are processed by our payment provider (Base44 Payments, powered by Wix). We do not collect or store your card number on Winners Academy systems. Billing records (such as plan and status) are kept with your account.

We use this information to operate the service: to sign you in, show each student their courses and progress, respond to your messages, track down problems you report, and improve the resources.

Student records, lessons, assessments, answer keys, and parent guides are protected behind sign-in and are not visible to the public. Only you and the students you enroll can see your family's data.

Winners Academy is designed for families. A parent or guardian creates the account, enrolls students, and is responsible for overseeing each student's use of the service.
